One of the key steps in organizing the training is securing Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. This involves submitting an application to an accredited institution, specifically LDP IBI. After fulfilling the necessary requirements, the training was awarded 15 CME credits, covering the planned two-day session.

The Train of trainer (ToT) program is designed to train 30 participants and will adopt a hybrid format, combining both online and offline sessions to maximize accessibility and engagement. To accommodate participants from diverse backgrounds, the training modules have been meticulously prepared by expert trainers and are available in two languages—Indonesian and English.

To ensure a comprehensive evaluation, participants will be assessed in two key areas: cognitive knowledge and practical skills, the latter of which will be demonstrated through microteaching sessions. The training program is structured into two days. On the first day, participants will focus on theoretical learning, while the second day is dedicated to practical application through microteaching, enabling them to apply their newly acquired knowledge in realistic scenarios.

Assignments during the training will be directly facilitated by the expert trainers, ensuring tailored guidance and support. The training content is divided into two main segments:
